We smoke our own peppers, which include Carolina Reapers, Ghost peppers, Padron peppers and Sweet Red Bell peppers. Add some smoked lemon and garlic to round it out, and there is plenty of heat and flavour in this chipotle hot sauce. Excellent on pizza, or on fries.
